22 weeks

This has been a very exciting week!
Our little princess has learned a new trick. I'm not sure if she does this because she gets irritated or maybe now because she can feel she just likes feeling everything. But her new trick is to ball up (I think) and stick to one side of my stomach. So if I'm laying on my back, my stomach looks completely deformed. If it happens while I'm sitting or standing you can see a little ball looking thing sticking out of my stomach. She also likes to stretch now and sometimes she kicks parts I never even knew existed!
Its fun to feel her move around though. She is a mover! She has been taking less naps and has decided to make her days action packed by moving around. Its fun though. I'm still not used to it. This week she is about 11 inches (head to toe) and weighs in at almost a pound now. She is growing like a weed! I can't wait to meet her.
I also got some really exciting news this week. Yesterday, my sister in law, Billie called me up to tell me she is also pregnant! Her due date is my dad's birthday. So there will be two more Wozniaks in the family this year! YAY!
It has been warm this week, finally! I'm excited about the warm weather. I went walking a couple of days after work.

21 weeks

Well this week has gone by pretty quickly. Work is going well. I'm confident that I'm caught up with everything and I've seen some fantastic results with attendance. I've also taken on some new projects which I'm pretty excited about.
I'm still feeling pretty good. I eat a lot...and I love anything sweet! Chocolate is my downfall. I love chocolate. Every single one of the gift certificates my awesome Grandmother has sent me (my my husband) has been used! I also developed a passion for fresh pinneapple. I never liked pinneapple much before but the fresh stuff is awesome! I also really like meat.
I've gotten bigger. I can tell. I'm already out of two of my early pregnancy pants. One of them I loved so much that I decided to wear on Friday anyways...it was a total mistake. My little princess was squished. It hurt to sit for long periods of time. Just to get them on in the morning took the help of my wonderful and loving husband. We both had to pull and tug just to get them on, which probably should have been my warning sign to stop wearing them.
Today I was able to go out and get some new clothes. I bought a few shirts and a dress. I still need to look for pants but I can't seem to find the right fit or size. I'll find some eventually. I'm just excited I have a few more shirt choices, especially for work.
Things are going well. Phil is such a great husband and he's a trooper! He always thinks of me and is asking if he can get me anything. He's wonderful! And he tells me I'm beautiful (even though I don't really feel beautiful anymore....).
I'm hoping next week will be just as great if not better (hopefully we will have some nice weather).
I've also been thinking of all the really neat things we'll be able to do with our little princess when she is born.
I'm still planning on going to the balloon races in September. Hopefully Phil will be able to go since it is dark and our little baby will only be a month or two old and I'm not sure about lugging chairs and a new baby around in the dark with my sister in law and her son.
I'm hoping we'll be able to go to Bodie before it closes in the Fall.
I think I'll skip out on the air races this year. I think it would just be too loud for her and there is a lot of sun.
Maybe we could go to Hot August Nights still and the Rib Cook Off (I've never been).
And I'd like to go to Apple Tree Hill since I've never been there either.
And the pumpkin patch.
Those are just some of things I hope we can still do!

Week 20/21

So I thought for sure that after a week I would be totally settled in the idea that we are having a girl. I always wanted a girl..yet when I go and look at baby thing, I am still drawn towards little boy outfits (only once in a while, I'm having lots of fun looking at pink blankets and fun dresses). I guess I'm still not quite over the shock. Phil has adjusted much better than I have. My sister in law even caught me saying "him" instead of her. I am very excited that we are having a little girl!
It has been a very interesting week. We had two major snow storms. One morning I couldn't even leave for work until 9am because of the snow on the ground. I probably would have taken the chance to get there on time but now that I'm pregnant I am trying my best to avoid anything having to do with the air bag deploying.
It has also been a cool week for another reason. I started feeling my little princess move around a couple of weeks ago, but this week I actually feel kicks, and big movements. Friday night Phil was able to put his hand on my stomach and feel her dance around in my tummy. And last night (Saturday) I could actually see her kicking or punching or something. My stomach stuck out and moved around. It was the craziest thing I've ever seen!
I finally feel like we are moving into Spring. I am so happy about daylight savings time. I can finally start walking after work again (as long as its not 20 degrees!) and I think I'll feel a little more motivated to actually do stuff again.
I have also been getting crazy comments. I just want to list some of them...
"Are you having twins?" (I've been asked this on more than one occassion)
"Are you pregnant? I thought so because your face is getting fat"
"Kelly, your waddling again"
"You can't carry that box, you're going to hurt yourself"
"When are you going to stop wearing high heels?"
"Your hips are bigger this week"
