16 weeks and counting

I've made it to week 16! Wahoo! This has been a much better week. The dizziness has gone away. Work was busy but not over whelming. I've been inclined to do more thing which has been really fun.

Last weekend I had an incredible experience. I had my photo taken at this really great photographer's home. We are planning to do photos every month. I'm pretty excited. I'm also going to have her take pictures after the baby is born. I got the pictures back yesterday and they look amazing! It was a really fun experience. She is very awesome! I would recommend her to everyone who is pregnant, or has small children! Her name is Jennifer Lehrer www.lehrerphotography.com

Wednesday I also had another doctors appointment. It was just a check up, basically. I was able to hear the heart beat, which was really neat. I love hearing my baby's heart beat. I have only flet a flutter and tiny bubbles (the baby's movement) about three times so far. So it makes me feel good when I can hear the baby's heart beat. I had a lot of questions that the nurse was able to answer.

Last night I went to a Pampered Chef Party at my sister in laws house, which was really really fun. I'm going to have one in March.

Pregnancy is a lot of fun. I'm having a good time watching my belly grow. I'm just hoping that not a whole lot of other parts grow too. I hope its all belly. So far, thats what it looks like.

Students at school are starting to ask me if I'm pregnant (hopefully they don't think I'm just getting fat!). Its weird to be pregnant at work. Its a professional place. I feel sort of invaded when people stare at my stomach... I guess I sort of got myself in that predictament, but its weird to have people, co-workers, directors, managers, and even students looking at my belly. Its hard finding that fine line between professionalism and wanting to gush pregnancy talk all the time. But I think I'm working it out.

Its been a very good week so far.
